download all 3 lab 
- just double click the file, to import lab into ur vbox
- dont forget open ur setting while import lab, and choose on 'Mac Address Policy' -> include all network adapter MAC address if you confused just look at the image 1.png

I almost forgot, prepare ur host as attacker or u can use another virtual machine with network configuration Host-Only, and setting the network interface to this subnet 192.168.56.0/24 up to you, you can choose whatever ur ip is
if u use virtual machien for the attacker dont forget watch the vidio 1.mp4 to setup, so the attacker machine can interact with DMZ server
